These terms apply to websites and related web work that Rupovia agrees to build for you. Your written quote or a signed project agreement comes first: where it says something different, it wins.

Scope of these terms
Projects and briefs
Every project starts with your brief. We read it and send a written quote that lists what is included, the price and a delivery date.
Your quote states how many rounds of changes are included. Work outside the quote is quoted separately before we start it.
Payment
Prices come from the written quote for your project. We do not publish a starting price.
A deposit confirms the order. The quote states the deposit, the payment schedule, the currency and how to pay. The remaining balance is due before the final handover.
Ownership
When the balance is paid, the finished site, its files and its access are yours.
Third party parts, such as fonts, code libraries and stock images, stay under their own licenses. We tell you which ones the site uses.
We may show the finished project in our work only with your permission.
Changes and delays
Dates in a quote depend on you sending content, feedback and approvals on time. If something arrives late, the delivery date moves by the same amount, and we tell you the new date in writing.
Either side can pause or end a project in writing. Work already done up to that point is paid for.
After launch
We fix problems in what we built when you report them. Hosting and ongoing care are quoted separately on request.
Liability and governing law
Your written quote or project agreement names the law that applies and where disputes are handled. We always try to settle a disagreement by talking first.
