Who we are
What we collect
The brief form: your name, email address, company or website if you give one, project type, a description of the project, and an optional deadline and links.
The chat: the messages you type, and a random conversation code stored in your browser for the length of the visit.
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To read your brief, answer your questions and send you a quote. We use it because you asked us to, and only for that.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who handles your data for us
Hosting: this site and its chat server run on a virtual server rented from DatabaseMart.
AI model: in the chat, your messages are sent to Groq so the AI assistant can answer. Groq processes them to produce the reply.
Telegram: chat messages and briefs are passed to our team on Telegram so a person can read them and step in.
Email: when email delivery is switched on, Resend sends your brief to our inbox and a confirmation to you.
Chat and the AI assistant
The chat starts with an AI assistant. It is always labeled. You can ask for a person at any time. When a person from our team replies, the AI assistant stops answering in that conversation.
The AI assistant does not quote prices. Every project is priced by our team after reading the brief.
How long we keep it
Chat conversations are deleted from our server automatically after 30 days.
Briefs and our replies are kept while we discuss your project. If no project follows, you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Transfers outside your country
We work with clients in many countries, and the providers above may process data in a country other than yours, including the United States. We only share what each provider needs to do its part.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to hello@rupovia.com and we will answer by email.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
